7 Things to keep in mind

What thoughts do you have in one day?

“Why do I ask these questions?” you could ask me. 🙂 I love coaching. Coaching means to ask questions. Since I was a child, I’ve asked myself so many questions. I did not know I was coaching. Now I know. 🙂 It’s  never too late.

In one day a person has around 60.000 thoughts. Today I would like to tell you just 7 things to keep in mind. Let’s begin.

       1.Go after dreams, not people.  People come into our life and leave as they come. If you run after them and look   for them, the more they move away from you. Does it seem known to you? What about dreams? Dreams are always in our heart and become true if we believe and we listen our soul. If we run after dreams in one day everything will appear as it is. Every dream become true from my experience. I love dreaming with open eyes. What about you? I have got a to do list and every year this list is changing. Every year I meet new people and new experiences are coming in my life. Do you have a to do list?

       2.Love yourself and the rest will follow. How much do you love yourself? Do you care about your mind?    Do you  work your body? Do you listen your heart? If you take care 5 minutes every day of yourself this means love.  5 minutes every day means a lot in a year. When you love yourself, you love everything around you: nature, people, animals, life and anything else on this planet. It starts with you. If you would like to help someone, help yourself first. I was reading in a book about the best relationship: The best relationship is with our person and lasts all life. How do you take care of you today, beautiful soul?

       3.Never lose your sense of wonder. All the time I like to ask and know more about that little things which    appears in my life at work or home. For example, yesterday when I met a woman from Sri  Lanka, I asked her about her life-style. She said that she meditates everyday and she doesn’t take  personally these little things because she knows everything passes. When you meditate, you are in peace. Every soul has a story and if you keep your eyes opened, you can see beyond appearances. A curious and open mind can take you in the adventure of your life. Believe in yourself and start your journey. How do you nourish the mind  when a new experience comes to you?

       4.You are capable of more than you know. How many times did you say you could not do a job and              eventually found the solution? Have you ever wondered how much you can do? Your inner power is infinite. ,,You    can even change your way of thinking when it comes to problems and solving them”, John Maxwell  says. The attitude says everything about you. Do you choose to develop through these obstacles or to give up having a failure?

       5.No regrets in life. Just lessons learned. How many times did you make a mistake and regret what you did? Am I the first person who raise the hand to this question? Do you know why, beautiful soul? Unconsciously I’ve criticized and punished me for every mistake. Until I came in UK and I noticed that all mistakes has their precise purpose. Nothing happens for no reason. Everything has a meaning. It matters how you look at the situation.

       6.Your only limit is you. I love persons who are thinking OUT OF BOX. They don’t have limits. 🙂 What you think, you get. The End. All you can do is stimulate your mind to think OUT OF BOX. Many people does not think. Do you think, beautiful soul? A lot of people are doing what family wants and they do not know how to think for themselves. Have you seen this? My soul is my guide.

       7.Life goes by in a blink of an eye. So live life. Now you are here. Next minute everything passes. Enjoy every day and live every second being full of life and focused now and here. Life is simple if you know the rules. Be love and love people. Be kind and help other people. Live. Laugh. Love.
